3. Orders and Subscriptions

  • Orders placed through the Ahir Dairy app are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Subscription orders are processed according to the delivery schedule you select during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it or if information provided is incorrect.

  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay and other supported payment methods.
  • By placing an order, you authorize Ahir Dairy to charge the selected payment method for the order amount.

5. Delivery and Cancellation

  • Delivery is made to the address provided in your order and may vary based on service availability in your area.
  • If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may not be accepted after the order has entered the delivery process.
  • In the event of a missed delivery or inability to deliver due to address or access issues, we will contact you to reschedule.

6. Refund and Return Policy

  • If you receive damaged or spoiled products, please notify customer support immediately with photos and order details.
  • Refunds may be issued as wallet credit, reversal to the original payment method, or store credit, depending on the situation.
